The Swedish rollout has its own home at localoco.se. This English-language version is designed for people and businesses following LoCa & LoCo in Sweden, with local availability, purchasing routes and partnership information kept in one place.
Before payment, the customer can review the available items, order value and delivery details offered for the destination. A product shown elsewhere on the site is not an availability promise unless it can also be selected in the current store flow.
Payment, fulfilment, cancellations, returns and complaints are covered in the terms below. Separate B2B arrangements apply to retailers, while mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where the law requires them.
Scope
These terms apply to consumer orders in the localoco.fi online store. Retailers are covered by separate B2B terms and customer-specific agreements.
Products and prices
Products, availability, prices, VAT and deposits are shown before checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors before confirming an order.
Payment
Consumer orders are paid in the online checkout. The payment provider processes payment details under its own terms.
Delivery
We deliver orders in Finland according to availability and the logistics partner's delivery area. Estimated delivery time is shown or confirmed during the order process.
Drink deliveries account for packaging, deposits and possible temperature or storage limitations.
Cancellations, returns and complaints
Consumers have statutory rights. The return right for foods and drinks may be affected by product type, opening, hygiene and shelf life.
